As we conclude Women’s History Month, I’m grateful for all of the women who are supporting other women and leading with love in our community. It was an honor to serve as a mentor and speaker for the 2025 D CEO Emerging Women Leadership Network program participants and see them graduate. I highly recommend this program for women leaders in DFW to grow their leadership confidence and connections.
I wished I had a program like this earlier in my career. Often when we face leading in uncertainty and periods of high volume changes, a lot of new things are thrown at us that we have never done before. I remember earlier in my career that being bold was easier when I had mentors and sponsors to lean on.
In my monthly, “Lisa’s Leadership Learning Lab” call, we shared proven practices that have helped us deal with impostor syndrome. I shared a journal prompt tool that can help remind you of what makes you special and capable.
