Encouraging you to thrive and grow
My blog has been created to deliver useful insights, information, and stories that can be applied to spark new ideas within companies or careers. Within it, I provide articles to read on topics like diversity, inclusion and belonging. I’m excited to share with you the practical applications of my process, the observations I’ve made about our current culture, and how to best discover your strengths and to apply them to better your life.
Join me as I share my stories, provide resources and knowledge to help you — be bold, be brave, be kind, and keep wishing out loud.

As a talent gardener and inclusion connector, my anchor word for 2026 is CIRCLES.
If you are looking for real connection, this invitation is for you. You are welcome to stay in my circles or share this with someone who would love a place to belong.
To bring CIRCLES to life at lunch meet-ups, I am inviting people who want to:
C — Cultivate courage and connection
I — Illuminate paths for people to rise
R — Reweave trust across every relationship
C — Center what matters with intention
L — Lead boldly with kindness
E — Expand opportunities and voices
S — Sustain growth through generosity
Why now?
Because the feedback from past participants has been a steady and heartfelt thank you. Many said they did not realize how much they needed in‑person, deeper conversations until they returned to them. They shared that the smaller group setting helped them feel seen, supported, and part of something meaningful.
Friendships formed. Trust grew. Belonging took root.
What I know for sure is this: Where circles widen, courage rises and community thrives.
If that speaks to you, I would love for you to join us.

To keep our gatherings small and intentional, we created Lisa’s Lunch List. Members reserve their spots on the invitation list. We will share calendar invites for the year, both weekday and Saturday lunches, so you can save the dates and RSVP for the ones that fit your schedule.
We meet at restaurants in Plano, The Colony, and Addison that allow separate checks so everyone can order what they like and tip 20 percent to thank the staff for welcoming our group.
We will cap each lunch at 20 people. Please update your RSVP on the calendar invite so we know who is coming.
We will continue using the Wishing Out Loud R.O.C.K.S. Framework (Resources, Opportunities, Connections, Knowledge, and Support)
Everyone will briefly share one and ask for one. It keeps our time purposeful, generous, and full of possibility.
We take an optional group photo for those who wish to be tagged on LinkedIn, so you can stay connected and grow your network.
If you have been wanting a place to grow, this is your gentle nudge. Your seat at the table is waiting.
